We are looking for a Rowing Logistics Manager to support the 2019-2020 rowing season. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for all off the water administration and will work closely with the Rowing Head Coach to continue the development and success of the CBHS rowing programme.
This role will report to the Director of Sport and be supported by a strong parent - led rowing committee. The position is largely for the in-season period however we are looking to appoint the successful applicant as soon as possible to start the pre-season logistics requirements.
Role requirements/competencies: (but not limited to)
The anticipated commitment to this role is 15 – 20hrs per week during the season, although the actual requirement will vary depending on the planned rowing programme during particular weeks.
The successful applicant for this part-time position will be well organised, have the skills to communicate effectively with a broad range personalities and stakeholders, be motivated and have the ability to inspire students by demonstrating high levels of attention to detail, commitment, attitude, presentation, and show enthusiasm toward the school and rowing programme.
