Homestay Co-Ordinator
We are looking for a confident and organised person with excellent inter-personal skills to join the international department at Christchurch Boys’ High School as our Homestay Co-Ordinator. The position is part time (20 hours per week), Term Time only. Start date – Late January, 2025.
In this role you will be required to
- Source and monitor suitable homes for international students and assist in their placement
- Interview both students and families regarding placements
- Keep detailed records of placements, homestay checks and interviews
- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders and communicate problems
- Work effectively in a team environment
Successful candidate will:
- Have excellent inter-personal skills
- An interest in culture
- A good understanding of Office software
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Current drivers licence / Own Car

Relief Teacher/s
Christchurch Boys’ High School is looking to add to its pool of relief teachers with the ability to teach mathematics and sciences preferable but not essential. These are casual roles, however, for the right candidate the school will consider a full time, fixed term position.
