First Saturday of the month 10-12pm
These hours continue through the term breaks.
We increase our opening hours over December and January. Those hours will be advertised.
Please note we do not open on Public holidays or Teacher only days.
What if you can’t get to the shop during opening hours?
Don’t hesitate to send your son in to make any purchases. We can assist with the sizing. Your son can pay by eftpos, credit card or cash. Prior payment can be made by internet banking by emailing the shop email@example.com.
We will be launching an online shop soon but in the meantime you can email the shop anytime to place an order (see instructions below).
Email the shop at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information:
Upon receipt of your order you will be contacted to confirm the details and the amount owing including courier charges if applicable.
Layby is available. To discuss this option please either email the shop at email@example.com, phone 3485003 ext 270 or visit the shop during opening hours.
We can sell secondhand items in good condition on your behalf. Click on this link to download the form, fill it out and bring it with you when you drop the items off.
We price the items and retain 25% of the selling price. The balance is deposited into your nominated bank account once the items are sold.
The length of time items take to sell is dependent on the time of year, the amount of secondhand items we have in stock and the popularity of the size.
We do not accept socks, non current uniform items or items that are not in good condition (stained, pilled, stretched etc).
We also accept donations with all profit going to the school.
How can you help?
The shop is run by the PTA with any profits returned to the school for the benefit of all boys.
We rely on volunteers and are always keen to hear from anyone who could spare a couple of hours twice a term to help in the shop.
We open additional hours during December and January as it is our busiest time of the year. We require a lot of help during that time and it is often a good chance for parents to help who are not available during the year due to work commitments.
If you are interested in helping please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
